Terms of Service
When purchasing my files you agree to the following terms:
- I do not allow ownership of my files to transfer. This includes sending to friends to have items made. The person making items must purchase the file unless they use an approved supplier (fabric shop, DTF shop, etc)
- Fabric shops are no longer permitted to purchase my files. This is to protect the exclusiveness of my files for the handmade shops that choose my art for their brands.
- Alteration of my files is not allowed. This includes moving elements, making seamless files out of PNGs or elements, changing colors of elements or backgrounds. You MAY add words under or around my PNGs.
- Digital reselling of my files or elements in any way is forbidden.
- My files are not to be used on print on demand websites or sites that assume rights to any art uploaded to them, including but not limited to redbubble, stickermule, Michaels, spoonflower, and printful.
- Overseas manufacturing is strictly prohibited with the exception of a small few shops who have contacted me for permission.
***For all DIGITAL FILES. No physical item will be sent .There are NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for DIGITAL ITEMS.***.
***Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be issued for mistaken purchases, so please DOUBLE check before checking out.***
